Instructions on how an individual employee can get trained.
In this article, we'll be going over how to use WorkClout to set up self-guided training for your operators.
There are three modes you can train your employees:
Group Training & Individual Training & On-The-Job Knowledge Base
I. Group Training
Group training allows you to train a group of operators at once.
II. Individual Training
Individual training is a self-guided training path for an operator.
III. On-the-Job Knowledge Base
Operators can access information as a reference if they need a reminder on how to do a procedure or process.
II. Individual Training
With Individual Training mode, an operator can go through the work instructions themselves and get graded by a supervisor.
Step 1. An operator can pull up the training material from the Assets or Documents tab on the side navigation. They can also pull this information up via Barcode or Browsing through the app.
Step 2: Operators go through the document
Next, operators can go through the training material - play the videos and go through the information. If it's step by step, they can go through each slide by clicking the circle buttons with the numbers.
Step 3: Complete Training Assessment Task
The operator can either access the assessment via On-demand Task or they can be assigned with a Standard Task. See below:
1. Select and Start the On-demand task or Standard Task:
STANDARD TASK
ON-DEMAND TASK
2. An operator will go through the task.
Step 3: Task is Sent to Supervisor for Approval
Once the operator completes the task, an approval request will be sent to their supervisor to see if they passed their assessment or are deemed qualified.
Step 4: Supervisor confirms skill for an operator that went through training.
After the assessment is completed, a supervisor has the option to give the operator the skill associated with the training material.
You can also see a report of what training each individual has completed:
