When you create an issue on WorkClout you have the ability to manage the status of that issue. All issues created are in the open status by default.
In this article, we'll review how to close and re-open an issue on the WorkClout App and WorkClout web dashboard.
Closing an Issue on the WorkClout Dashboard
Closing an Issue on the WorkClout App
Step 1 - Go to the issues page and locate an issue that you've created
Users with the "User Role" only have the ability to close issues that you have created. Users with the "Administrator Role" have the ability to close any issue on WorkClout.

Step 2 - Tap into the issue that you'd like to close
Step 3 - Tap on the menu icon located on the top right of the issue page

Step 4 - Tap on 'Close Issue"
The issue is now closed and a notification is sent to employees that have left a comment and employees that have a skill for the asset.

Additional Notes:
You can just as easily re-open an issue after it has been closed by tapping on the same menu icon located on the top right of the issue page.
