Document Author Permissions
Employees with Document Author role permissions have restricted permissions to WorkClout. Below are the restricted permissions enabled by default on WorkClout the Document Author Roles.
Inspection
Ability to only complete their inspection
Issues
Can not access issues
Actions
Ability to assign actions from their inspections
Ability to complete their assigned actions
Assets
Can not access assets
Documents
Can create documents
Ability to edit documents - approval required
Ability to delete documents - approval required
Skills
Can not access skills
Employee Directory
Ability to edit and manage their own profile information
Can not add new employees
Can not edit existing employee's information
Can not remove an existing employee
Form Templates
Can not access form templates
Device Sharing Mode
Can not enable and disable sharing mode for any device with the WorkClout app.
